Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of SumKit (@sumkit_bot and oauth.bottovod.ru/sumkit/). By using the service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Service
SumKit helps you ingest materials (links, archives, Zoom, Telegram), store them on chosen destinations (Yandex.Disk, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, YouTube, Telegram, server) and optionally transcribe or summarize them.
2. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to process and store the materials you submit.
- You are responsible for content legality and for credentials/integrations you connect.
- Do not use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, or applicable law.
3. Accounts and access
Some features require OAuth connections (Google and others). You may revoke access at any time. We may suspend abuse, security risks or unpaid/over-limit API usage that harms the service.
4. Third-party services
Jobs may use third-party APIs (speech-to-text, LLM, cloud storage). Their terms also apply to the parts they process. Availability and pricing of those APIs can change independently of SumKit.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. Transcriptions, summaries and uploads may contain errors or delays. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data beyond what mandatory law requires.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use after an update means acceptance.
